Description
1964 Mick Jagger MARACA Rolling Stones, & 5 autographs! Don't just watch!!!!!! This auction allows you to make any offer for my consideration which I can accept or counter offer. This is One of Mick Jagger's 4 ORIGINAL maracas!! (He used 2 in each hand) Pictured in any Rolling Stones Anthology, this maraca is in the studio photos of the Stone's recording "Not Fade Away" in 1964 with Gene Pitney. The carved flowers are clearly visable. All 5 of the ORIGINAL Stones autographs ...including Brian Jones ... the ticket stub from the 1965 concert from whence they came. The Palace Theater, Albany, NY April 29, 1965 ...and 3 original Stones LPs from '64. Englands Newest Hitmakers, The Rolling Stones which includes "Not Fade Away" and "Little by Little" which states on the jacket Phil Specter plays maracas on!! 12 x 5 and The Rolling Stones, Now. Verified by me, who with my best friend, went to the April 29th concert (the 1st of two the same night) given by WTRY at the Palace Theater in Albany, NY. We were allowed into the very small dressing room for autographs. Over the years, the maraca has faded in the sun and was also a bit chewed by my awesome black cat, Dylan, who LOVED playing with it... unfortunately.... but it was pretty funny too. The autographs and ticket stub have been in a sleeve in my wallet since the concert, taken out only a few times to show people. The records are well worn and played. I'm sure there will be some scratchy spots. Feel free to ask questions and/or make an offer!
